At his side, Oleg Novitskiy, the Russian captain and the American Peggy Whitson, the most experienced astronaut in the world.

From Houston, Baikonur and Moscow, surrounded by a veritable army of engineers, the crew prepares for its mission. Between disaster scenario simulations, training in extreme situations and team cohesion exercises, this film traces their last year of preparation and the culmination of 7 years of intensive physical and mental conditioning.
